We bought a ranch.
It’s 101 acres in Warren, TX (Tyler County), near Woodville and Livingston. The property has a solid four-bedroom ranch house with two baths, electricity, and water — a nice upgrade from some of the deer camps I’ve stayed in over the years.
My name is Bo. I’m married with three daughters (Mackenzie, Sara, and Zoey). We’ve been looking for the right ranch for years, and we finally found one we love. We’re from Houston and still live in Cypress, TX, but this place is our new passion project.
The land itself includes:
- A ranch house
- A half-acre pond
- About 20 acres of cleared or semi-cleared land
- 33 acres of timber (mostly loblolly pines)
- Roughly 50 acres of bottomland/wetlands with creeks running through it
It’s got huge potential, but it’s also a lot of work — and we’re ready to dive in. We’re just getting started and will share updates as we go (equipment, clearing, wildlife management, timber thinning, hunting setups, and all the family adventures in between).
